Accredited Mental Health Social Worker

Our Accredited Mental Health Social Worker is specially trained to support the emotional and psychological wellbeing of children and families. With expertise in child development, trauma-informed care, and family systems, they provide assessment, counselling, and practical support tailored to young people's unique needs.

They work closely with families, schools, and healthcare professionals to promote positive mental health outcomes by providing:

  • Emotional Support and Counselling

    For children experiencing anxiety, depression, or behavioural concerns.

  • Parenting Support and Guidance

    For managing challenging behaviours

  • Trauma-informed care

    For children affected by grief, abuse, or family breakdown

  • Collaborative Care Planning

    With schools and other health providers

  • Systems and Additional Service Support

    Support with navigating mental health systems and accessing additional services
